Am I the only one upset that I’ll be missing the Bad Boy Reunion tour? In a press release, Diddy said “This isn’t just a concert this is a moment in Hip Hop and R&B history, the family and I are so excited to welcome fans into this once in a lifetime experience. This tour is 20 years in the making, and is a celebration of the hits and the Bad Boy lifestyle. The Bad Boy Family has set the standard for concert excellence, and this tour will be a testament to that!” And he wasn’t lying.
On the opening night of Diddy’s aka Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Family Reunion concert, nostalgia was in the air at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night. The show featured members of the Bad Boy Family in celebration of the label’s 20th anniversary such as Faith Evans, Lil Kim, 112, Ma$e, French Montana and as special guest, Mary J. Blige.
Mary J. Blige and Diddy even had the dance battle we’ve all been waiting for!
It gets even better when acts like Jay-Z, Nas, Usher, Ty Dolla Sign and Busta Rhymes made surprise appearances to show love.
Nas made an unannounced visit onstage to perform “Hate Me Now” his 1999 hit with Diddy. Can we get into Nas’ coat though?
